RIO AL HASYMI
RIO AL HASYMI began his creative journey in 2006, taking his first steps into photography by founding Jika Fotografi. It was the spark that lit his path into the world of images and stories.
Not long after, his lens led him into the world of lifestyle magazines as a photojournalist. There, his love for photography grew deeper—especially for the art of photo essays. To Rio, every moment carries a hidden story waiting to be revealed, and the camera became his way of telling it.
Time moved him forward, opening doors to new possibilities. One of them was SagaFilms, a production house he founded to craft visual works that go beyond aesthetics—works that hold meaning, memory, and soul.
Today, Rio continues to explore photography and film with the same passion that started it all, always searching for stories worth remembering, and framing them through his lens.
